How to Keep Healthy





  • Eat between 3 and 5 meals a day
  • Sleep about 7-8 hours every night.
  • Exercise.
  • Nutrition is key
  • Vitamins are a necessary part of any healthy diet.
  • Cut back on smoking and alcohol.
  • Monday is recovering day
  • Keep clean
  • Drink 6-12 glasses of water each day
